What can 1 person do in one year?
The ideas and possibilities began to race through my mind and they were endless...I could do this... Or this... What about that.... I have heard that they can.... What if... Do you think we could, should... Maybe...
However the means and resources were endless.... This did not deter me... I still kept bouncing 100 ideas around this crazy brain of mine.... Then a voice said "Mandy.... Just pick one and go with it" ... But for those of you who know me only doing one thing at a time is well... Not my style! So I narrowed it down to three.
My goal within the year was to;
Build capacity in my year one students
Build capacity in my non-digital native grade partner
And attempt to build capacity in other teachers.
So how was I going to do that?
